Job vacancy at Nuna Clothing- Digital Sales Executive
Location: *Community 20 Lashibi, Tema*
The Digital Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s clothing products across all online platforms. The role involves engaging customers, driving online sales, managing social media inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes assisting walk-in customers.
*Key Responsibilities*
Promote and sell clothing items through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.).
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Manage the online store or social media shop pages, including product uploads and updates.
Create engaging sales content such as product descriptions, captions, and short videos.
Handle order processing, including confirming orders, sharing payment details, and updating customers on deliveries.
Track sales performance and provide weekly reports.
Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotions.
Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers effectively.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
*Skills & Qualifications:*
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to sell and persuade customers online.
Good knowledge of social media platforms and online selling tools.
Basic photography and content creation skills (advantage).
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Organized, trustworthy, and responsive.
Previous experience in sales or online retail is an added advantage.
