From the Motor Valley, to the World.
There is a magical place in northern Italy, on the southern bank of river Po, where a bird could breathe the air of the ancient mountain pastures in Emilia in the morning, where Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and Parma ham are made, then it could fly in a straight line above the ancient roman road Via Emilia, soaring over the many smaller rivers that flow from south no north towards the great river Po, and on its path it would fly above the hills of Modena, Maranello, San Cesario sul Panaro, Sant'Agata Bolognese and Borgo Panigale, seeing the birthplaces of world-famous motorcycles and sport cars brands.
Our bird would then fly above Bologna, the food capital of the country, as well as the place where the first University in the world still teaches students since year 1088, and where the first municipality in the world was founded in year 1116.
Then, our bird could keep following the Via Emilia into the plains of Romagna, and over the course of just a few hours it would fly above Imola, Rimini and Misano Adriatico on that same day, until in the end it would reach the beaches of the Costiera Romagnola, the center of the italian summer vacations.
Most of the famous italian motorcycle pilots were born and raised in this area.
This lush region, 200 kilometers long (120 miles) by just a few tens kilometers wide, is famous all over the world as both the "Food Valley" and the "Motor Valley", since it is home to countless delicacies, automotive brands and racing circuits that everyone in the world knows the name of.
