Fotini Dere grew up in Thessaloniki, in an setting where fashion and women's clothing were a family affair going three generations back. From her childhood she found herself spending endless hours in her parents' studio, and from a very young age she learned how to knit from her grandmother, sew from her mother while at the same time she was learning the art of pattern from her father. Her passion

for fashion and women's clothing led her to graduate from costume school and study, as well as, create new styles of women's clothing. In recent years, she has been working in between Athens and Thessaloniki as a costume designer with actors, directors and business executives, while also working in television, movies and theatrical productions. One of her most significant projects, is her work at the launch ceremony of the perfume & "Jour d' Hermès" of the well-known French fashion house. Grasping the needs of contemporary women to wear unique pieces that highlight their character and style, she created her “Made To Measure” collection. Elegance meets comfort in a collection that is sewn exclusively for you. Clean lines, vibrant colors and high aesthetics come together in personalized creations that will accompany you in all aspects of everyday life. What makes the collection stand out is the uniqueness of each piece. Sewn exactly to
your measurements, it embraces your body and gives you the confidence you need to
seize each day. At the same time, the wide variety of fabrics and colors, guarantees the creation of an ensemble that is in absolute harmony with your style. Fotini Dere’s goal through her custom – “made to measure” collection is to create
modern, timeless pieces, exactly like the ones every woman dreams about.
