Yesterday, I shared the story behind the birth of the Love Revolution. Today, I'd like to share the meaning behind our logo.
Every element was intentionally chosen to remind us that love is not just a feeling. It is something we live, share, and nurture every day.
The Heart represents the source of it all. Every revolution begins in the heart. It reminds us that love starts within, then flows outward through compassion, kindness, forgiveness, and service. When our hearts change, our families, communities, and ultimately our nation can change.
The Watering Can reminds us that love must be nurtured. Just as a gardener waters a seed with patience and care, every act of kindness, every encouraging word, every helping hand, and every gesture of compassion helps others grow. We may never know how far the seeds we water today will reach tomorrow.
The Love Revolution is a movement rooted in a simple belief: that love is an action. It calls us to love God, love ourselves, love our neighbours, and care for the world around us. Small acts, done consistently, can create extraordinary change.
Every heart has the power to love. Every hand has the power to nurture. Together, we can create a Love Revolution.

THE LOVE REVOLUTION CONTINUES
Nine years ago, in 2016, my dear friend Linda Wallace (in pic below) and I stood together to launch something that was born from a simple but powerful belief:
Love has the power to change the world.
Through the SONIA NOEL FOUNDATION, we launched the Love Revolution at the Pegasus Hotel and invited people from every sector of society to become part of a movement built on intentional love.
We created a simple pin bearing the Love Revolution logo and encouraged each person to wear it, then pass it on to someone else—not just as a symbol, but as the beginning of a conversation.
A conversation about loving God.
Loving ourselves.
Loving one another.
Loving our communities.
Loving our environment.
Because love is not just a feeling.
Love is an action.
Something extraordinary happened.
Those little pins began travelling far beyond Guyana. They found their way to Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Brazil, London, Austria, the United States, and other parts of the world, carrying with them a message that started right here in Guyana.
It reminded us that one conversation can inspire another.
One act of kindness can encourage another.
One heart can touch another.
And that's how a movement grows.
Like so many initiatives around the world, the Love Revolution paused during the pandemic. But its message never stopped living in my heart.
As I celebrate 30 years of purpose, creativity, service and impact, I believe the time has come to continue this journey and invite a new generation to be part of it.
Over the coming days, I'll be sharing the story, the vision and the meaning behind the Love Revolution, and I hope you'll walk this journey with me.
Today's Love Challenge
Today, don't just say you care.
Show it.
Reach out to someone.
Encourage someone.
Forgive someone.
Help someone.
Pray for someone.
Do one intentional act of love today.
Then come back and tell me:
What action did you take?
If you'd like to follow this journey from the beginning and be the first to hear about what's coming next, I invite you to follow the Love Revolution page.https://www.facebook.com/loverevolutiongy/
This is only the beginning.
Tomorrow, I'll share the story behind the Love Revolution logo and why every element was designed with purpose.
Because together, we can create a world where we don't simply talk about love...
We live it.

A blessed day to everyone!
We're just days away from How Money Works!

Over the years, I've made some good financial decisions and I've also made some that I wish I had made differently. Looking back, I know that if I had understood how money really works, I would have been much further ahead today.

That's one of the reasons I'm so passionate about sharing this opportunity with you.

Join me, along with financial educators Kevin and Tracey Ploche, for this practical and empowering class. Whether you're just starting your financial journey or looking to make better financial decisions, this session could change the way you think about money and your future.

The class is complimentary, but the knowledge is priceless.

Don't miss this opportunity. Register today and invite someone you care about. See you on Sunday.

I have decided to postpone our Threads of Freedom event.

In light of the recent national tragedy, this is a time for us to stand together in prayer, compassion, love, and support for the grieving families.

We often say, "Love is an action word." Love is more than what we feel or say, it is what we do. Love shows up through our prayers, our presence, our kindness, our generosity, and our willingness to walk alongside those who are hurting. Sometimes love simply means listening, reaching out, or helping someone in a challenging time.

As a nation, let us continue to love one another, not only in words, but in action.

A new date for Threads of Freedom will be announced soon.

May God comfort every grieving family, strengthen all those affected, and continue to bless our beloved Guyana.

Threads of Freedom Postponed
First, I want to sincerely thank everyone who RSVP'd and everyone who was planning to join us for Threads of Freedom on Thursday. Your love, support, and enthusiasm meant so much to me, especially as this event was part of my 30th Anniversary Celebration of Style, Purpose, and Impact.
However, after much prayer and reflection, I have decided to postpone the event. Like so many of you, I am deeply saddened by the tragic loss of lives in the MV Barima disaster.
At this time, my heart is with the grieving families, and I don't feel it is appropriate to celebrate.
I believe we need to give ourselves permission to grieve as a nation, continue to pray for those affected, and ask how we can each be of service during this difficult time.

I will announce a new date soon. Until then, thank you for your understanding, your support, and your continued prayers.
May God comfort every family and bless our beloved Guyana.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting with Ambassador Michael Brotherson, Consul General of the Consulate General of Guyana in New York. It was wonderful to reconnect after a number of years and to present him with a copy of my latest publication, Your Vision Life Book.
We had a meaningful conversation about my 30 Years of Style, Purpose & Impact celebration and the opportunities ahead to continue showcasing Guyanese creativity, culture, and excellence on the international stage.
I was especially humbled by his kind words as he reflected on my journey and the work I have done over the past three decades. He described me as "a gem out of Guyana," a compliment that deeply touched and encouraged me. Moments like these remind me that a life dedicated to purpose, service, and excellence can inspire others and contribute to our nation's legacy.

As I continue this 30th anniversary journey, I remain committed to using fashion, empowerment, and service to make a meaningful impact and proudly representing Guyana wherever the journey takes me!
