O Marchel Aae Fashion , Art , conception O Marchel Aae was established by Hong Kong famed hairstylist, Matt Chiu, in 2010.

The name O Marchel Aae does not have any definitive meaning, it is Matt's thought process on how letters and words are formed and pronounced, which translates well into how his clothing line is created. “Everything in life is a process, you never know when the beginning or the end is” said Matt. All artistic creation, Matt believes, is the result of the creator's emotional projection over a certai

n feeling or trail of thoughts. O Marchel Aae is the record of Matt's thinking process. When coming up with a clothing design, the designer would put his/her design through a series of thoughts, examinations and modifications according to the objective, concept and form of each idea. But what O Marchel Aae explores in depth is the thoughts and examinations part, where a designer's most innocent and unfettered "design work", not bounded by the word "complete / the end" is explored. O Marchel Aae is the pursuit of such exploration and unique thinking space.
