The Signature Kimono was inspired by a 1950s silhouette, elegant short cape jackets worn over dresses, simple in shape yet incredibly refined.

After a client brought one of her silk scarves to turn into a wearable kimono, I started exploring the idea further with other colours and prints.

There is something really satisfying about giving a beautiful scarf a new life, especially when the pattern can finally be seen, instead of staying hidden once tied around the neck or wrapped onto a bag.

Some pieces are just too beautiful to wear only one way.

The collection is available to try on at my atelier in Sheung Wan alongside other ready-to-wear pieces.

Our Signature Kimono is available in two different lengths, each creating a slightly different silhouette and feeling.

The shorter version finishes around the hips and works beautifully with trousers or skirts, while the longer version has a more oversized feel and can almost be worn like a light coat over dresses or evening pieces.
