As we wrap up our global International Women's Day celebrations and awareness-raising campaign, we are reflecting on an incredible few weeks across all Hop Lun factories and sites! 💜

As part of our Empowered by HER series, we put a special focus on gender balance this year. To mark the occasion, the gentlemen of Hop Lun took the lead in handing out gifts to recognize and appreciate our female employees on the factory floors.

We also activated key pillars under our core framework:

: We soft-launched this pillar by inviting colleagues across all levels, including Country Heads and Factory GMs to write down personal messages and pledges of support to empower one another.

: To prioritize the well-being of our female workforce, several sites organized dedicated health check-ups for our teams.

Our ultimate goal at Hop Lun is simple: to build a culture where our people are Caring, Capable, and Confident.

🎀 Hop Lun in PINK: Turning Awareness into Real Action for Women’s Health 🎀
This October, we came together for “Hop Lun in PINK”, our global health campaign under the wellbeing program — reaching over 30,000 employees across Mainland China, Indonesia, and Bangladesh! 💪💗
With over 80% of our workforce being women, this campaign is especially meaningful. It’s not just about awareness — it’s about action and care. 🌸
Here’s what we achieved together:
✅ On-site health check-ups for our workers
✅ Doctor consultations and professional medical advice
✅ Health talks to build awareness and confidence
✅ Personalized follow-up suggestions for better health care
This was a campaign filled with learning, sharing, and support — reminding us all that taking care of our health is the first step to empowerment. 💖
Through “Hop Lun in PINK,” we continue to strengthen the Physical Wellbeing pillar of our Hop Lun Wellbeing Wheel and live by our People First value every day. 🌏✨
