我們是以網店形式經營，全部貨品均為2手貨品，100%正品正貨。為了保障寄賣者利益，所有寄賣品不設試穿，保證貨品狀態優良及不會出現任何調包情況。

購買流程：

1. 到網站chanellerose-luxury.com購買，付款時選「銀行轉帳」，送貨選「到店購買」。

2. 存入購買金額50%作訂金到我們公司銀行帳戶。

3. 如寄賣品存放於寄賣者處，可於收妥訂金起計5-7天後於地鐵站或服務點交收。如寄賣品是存放於本公司，可約收妥款項後第2工作天或之後交收。

4. 最後交收日為收妥訂金後第15天，過了最後交收日作棄單論，訂金將會被沒收，不作退回。

5. 交收當天客戶驗貨滿意後可選「銀行轉帳」或「現金」繳付50%餘款，如以信用卡付款請提前聯繫我們，另將會收取付款金額3.5%手續費。
