Among the names in our books are some wonderfully interesting people, each with their own talents, stories and characters. One such introduction came through a friend of the house, our Uncle Bill (Nighy).

A summer ago, British actor Calam Lynch, known for Bridgerton and Sweetpea, walked through our door. This is the story of Calam’s wedding suit, and of finding something personal and quietly distinctive, rather than following the usual script.

When the spirit of oceanic ventures blends with a traditional club blazer, the cut and cloth further support its narrative.

Buzz wears our latest 2-by-1 bespoke double-breasted silhouette, recently greenlit by both cutters and the design team. The silhouette draws attention to a lowered buttoning point and an extended lapel as the cut’s pièce de résistance, minimising distractions by omitting buttons and leaving a sleeker panel. Fitted with smoking mother-of-pearl buttons, the blazer is once again crafted in Cashgora hopsack, the cashmere-and-angora crossbreed, giving it airiness with a hint of brush and suppleness.

We’ll be returning to Singapore and Beijing on September 12–13, for the first of many trunkshows taking place this Fall/Winter season. On this same weekend, our team will be on the ground in both cities for bespoke and made-to-measure commissions.
