Sorry for inconvenient causing ! We are current out of Cantonese and English translation customer service due to shortage of labor. Our tailor cannot speak and read English. Please do NOT book if you cannot speak Cantonese.
we are currently on holiday. alteration and laundry services are closed from 13rd of March to mid/end of April(TBC) . any urgent issue, pls message via facebook or instagram. phone call service are not available during the holiday.

We provide professional clothing alteration and repair services. If your wedding gown or evening dress fabric has minor snagging, it is possible to repair it. Please feel free to send us a photo for assessment, and contact us for further inquiries about the feasibility of the repair.

It's common for brides to accidentally snag or damage the fabric of their wedding gowns or evening dresses. If the fabric only has minor snagging, please avoid tying knots or pulling the loose threads tightly, as this can affect the overall appearance of the dress. Trying to untie knots may not always be successful and can potentially further damage the fabric, making the repair more challenging and potentially unable to fully restore the original condition. Additionally, do not directly cut off the loose threads, as it may pull out an entire thread, creating a larger hole that requires more time for repair and may not be fully fixable.
