✨️終於可以全校返全日啦!!!✨️都已經幾年冇翻過全日學啦，不如就等我哋prefects提一提大家返全日嘅安排啦👀

1️⃣ 全新上課時間表📋
- 由13/9 (星期二)🗓開始，我哋將會採用全新嘅上課時間表‼️（見P2）
- Lunchtime🍴會改由12:20 pm開始，而同學需要喺1:30 pm之前拍卡💳
- 第七堂👨‍🏫👩‍🏫就會喺3:05 pm完結，為咗畀校方消毒🧼班房同設施，希望同學可以盡快離開校園🏫

2️⃣ 開放俾同學進出嘅閘門
- 朝早🌤嘅堂之前 - 延文禮士道嘅Exit (後門)
- Lunchtime🍴- 學校正門 (除咗 12:35 pm - 1:00 pm 同學需要用聯合道嘅出口 (側門))
- 下晝🕐嘅堂之後 - 學校正門

3️⃣ 學校食飯安排🍴
- 注意剩係得獲到學校批準嘅同學先可以喺學校食lunch⚠️
- F.2想留校食飯嘅同學，可以去D210 - D211🏠食飯
- 其他form嘅同學 (F.1, F.3 - F.6)，就可以去E201 - E202🏠食飯
- 喺用膳嘅時候，記住唔好同同學傾偈🗣同埋要注意衛生🧼啊~

✨️Full-day lessons for the whole school can finally be resumed!!!✨️ It has been long since we last had full-day school, therefore let us prefects provide you with some reminders for the new arrangements👀

1️⃣ New lesson timetable📋
- From 13/9 (Tue) onwards🗓, a new version of the lesson timetable will be adopted‼️ (see P2)
- Lunchtime🍴will start at 12:20 pm and students should present their student cards💳 to the card reader before 1:30 pm
- The 7th period👨‍🏫👩‍🏫 will end at 3:05 pm. Students are recommended to leave the school campus🏫 as early as possible to vacate the classrooms for janitors to tidy up and sterilize🧼

2️⃣ Gates for Entering or Leaving Campus
- Before morning🌤 lessons - Exit at Inverness Road (Back gate)
- Lunchtime🍴- School Main Gate (except for 12:35 pm - 1:00 pm, when students should use the exit at Junction Road (Side gate))
- After afternoon🕒 lessons - School Main Gate

3️⃣ Lunch at School🍴
- Only students with application approved can have your lunch at school⚠️
- For F.2 students who choose to have lunch at school, please go to D210 and D211🏠
- For other class levels (F.1, F.3 - F.6), please go to E201 and E202🏠 While you are taking your lunch, remember NOT to talk with your peers🗣 and beware of your hygiene🧼

Days of classes, homework, tests and exams on a loop… in a blink of an eye, another school year has passed again😗 Sick of having a plain and dull school life? Do you want something more memorable and meaningful to enrich it? Join us, the Prefect Association family!💗💫 Well, some say our duties are busy and tiring😪 and we look too serious and boring? The truth is instead of daily duties, we still have a lot of fun and interesting activities!😆 You can also meet new friends and acquire rich leadership skills! It will be of great benefit to your personal development and growth! With so many benefits, you really should join PA for a busy yet fruitful life!! 🤩 If you are interested, fill in a self-nomination form and submit to Mr Luk on or before 6/6😉

Camps:
Our biannual prefect training camps🤪not only are there ice-breaking games and group games that let new prefects swiftly blend into the team🤝, but there are also challenging checkpoints and tricky big tasks!🤯 Not to mention the most anticipated hottttt campfire session 🔥 and the high-quality dance show presented by our committee members!

Duties:
Everyone knows that daily duties are the main responsibility of prefects 😝 Our main duties include patrolling in the corridors, and checking school uniforms while stationing. You might think these duties are overwhelming🤔 but you need not worry that much! 😁 Currently, each prefect only has to be on duty once a week. What’s more, you can meet and befriend prefects of different forms while boosting your self-confidence! 😙

Farewell:
Many prefects actually stay in PA until they are F.6! We will have a farewell party for the graduating F6 prefects at the end of each calendar year. Everyone will be having fun in numerous checkpoint games on campus, getting to build strong bonds with the F.6 prefects, who will then give emotional speeches and tell their stories in PA. The farewell party is concluded by a meaningful tradition - the candle-lighting ceremony🕯! (The night then actually ends perfectly with a desert session🤫)

Meetings:
Every CCA group has meetings, what’s so special about them? Well, then you have to know how interesting prefects' meetings actually are. We usually start off by evaluating our monthly performance in duties 😎 Of course, we will have our TICs Mr Luk and Mr Wong with us at meetings! Sometimes there are also special activities like Secret Angel, elections, anonymous feedback review and Q&A! Compared to GMs, small group meetings are more relaxed and diversified in content. Time does fly during meetings! We believe you will feel the warmness and harmonic atmosphere in our meetings 😍

話咁快「暑假」就完咗啦🥲 放假放咗差唔多兩個月，唔知大家有冇喺呢段期間發掘到新嘅興趣呢？😗 係時候收拾心情，準備復課面授啦💪🏻💪🏻 等我哋Prefects提提大家復課嘅新安排啦🙆🏻‍♀️

1️⃣ 上課時間
- 同之前一樣都係返8:00a.m. - 12:40p.m.⏰
- 後門（延文禮士道）會喺7:15a.m.開放，同學記得要喺7:55a.m.之前經後門 (延文禮士道) 進入學校喇🏫
- 交通情況難以預計，同學記得早啲出門啦😆
- F.4同F.5嘅同學喺2:30-3:45p.m.會有Online Extended Session，同學可以喺21/4嘅Message from the Principal嘅Appendix 1搵到時間表 (link in bio)
✨記住放咗學之後盡快翻屋企喇😌

2️⃣ 校服
- 同學須要著整齊嘅夏季校服👔
- 關於夏季校服嘅要求可以睇翻我哋2021/04/21嗰個post
✨如果你喺放假期間染髮或者電髮，記住要將頭髮染翻黑同埋電翻直佢

3️⃣ 口罩
- 同學喺返學途中，喺人多嘅地方同埋喺學校範圍內都要戴翻合適嘅外科口罩呀😷（記住淨係可以戴淨色嘅口罩）
- 為減少除口罩嘅次數同埋保障同學嘅健康，學校建議同學喺屋企食完早餐先返學☕️

4️⃣ 快速檢測
- 同學要返學前喺屋企（盡量喺刷牙之前）做快速檢測，之後填翻個Google Form, 7:45am前交✅（喺21/4嘅message from the principal嘅第一頁嘅QR Code，或者可以睇下呢個post嘅slide 2）‼️ ‼️
- 同學要喺檢測棒上面寫班別，學號，同埋跟格式寫檢測日期😉（e.g.:5月3日寫⅗，或者可以睇下呢個post嘅slide 3）
- 如果同學曾經確診，就要出示翻衛生處發出嘅隔離令或者醫生證明👩🏻‍⚕️（出示陽性檢測棒係無效㗎）
- 如果同學已經康復超過90日，就要每朝做快速檢測，然後填翻個Google Form
✨記住要保留翻每日檢測棒個張相📷
‼️Message from the principal話要喺學生手冊填寫體溫紀錄，但係而家喺Google Form度填就可以啦👌🏻
✨如果同學喺返學前未填Google Form嘅話，根據教育局安排，係有機會通知家長接翻你翻屋企架🙁

The special vacation has already ended🥲 After two months of rest, we are sure you have found some new hobbies to indulge yourself in!😗 However, it is time to prepare yourself for the face-to-face class resumption again💪🏻💪🏻 Let us prefects provide you with some back-to-school reminders🙆🏻‍♀️

1️⃣ Lesson Time
- Lesson time will be from 8:00a.m. to 12:40p.m.⏰
- The school gate on Inverness Road will open at 7:15 a.m. Students are reminded to come back to school before 7:55 a.m🏫
- Students are advised to leave home earlier as the traffic condition is unpredictable😆
- F.4 and F.5 students will have their Afternoon Extended Sessions at 2:30-3:45p.m. Students can refer to Appendix 1 in the 21/4 Message from the Principal for the timetable (link in bio)
✨Students are also advised to leave school as soon as possible😌

2️⃣ Uniform
- Students are required to wear proper Summer uniform👔
- For the requirements of the Summer uniform, students can refer to our related post posted on 2021/04/21
✨Students who have coloured or permed their hair during the special vacation, are required to dye their hair black or straighten it before class resumption

3️⃣ Mask
- Students should wear a well-fitted surgical mask😷 when taking public transport, staying in crowded places and while they are at school (Please be reminded that students are only allowed to wear masks with plain colour)
- Students are strongly advised to have their breakfast before school to reduce the chances they would have to take off their masks, in order to prevent the transmission of diseases☕️

4️⃣ RAT test
- Students must take the Rapid Antigen Test [RAT] before school (you are advised to take the RAT before you brush your teeth) and fill in the google form and submit it before 7:45am ✅ (the QR code is attached to the first page of the Message from the Principal on 21/4, or you can refer to slide 2 of this post)‼️‼️
- Students have to write their class, class no. and the test date of RAT according to the format😉 (e.g.: ⅗ for 3rd of May, you can refer to slide 3 of this post)
- If students have been infected before, they should provide proof by showing their isolation order from the Department of Health/doctor certificate👩🏻‍⚕️ (a positive RAT result will not be accepted)
- Students who have been recovered for 90 days or above should do the RAT and submit the test result in the google form every day before school
✨Students should keep the photos of the RAT results📷
‼️Students no longer need to fill in the temperature record in the student handbook, instead, you only have to complete the google form👌🏻
✨If students are not able to complete the google form before arriving school, according to the arrangements of EDB, students may be asked to be picked up by their parents and leave the school😕

Here are all the reminders for tomorrow! Students whose vaccination records are updated are recommended to hand in a printed copy to your class teacher! 😉

下學期開始咗一個月啦🎉 由於第五波疫情嘅關係又要停課啦😩 唔知大家有冇喺屋企繼續認真上堂呢？😏 雖然就黎放暑假啦，但係我地Prefects都為大家準備咗一啲有關網課嘅提醒，希望可以幫到大家啦😝

1️⃣上堂期間......
✔️ 同學需要準時加入課堂老師嘅Zoom/Teams🧑🏻‍🏫，前一堂（如有）嘅老師會早五分鐘落堂畀大家上下一堂
✔️ 大家上堂嘅時候記住要開住camera📹 等老師可以檢查同學嘅進度
✔️ 至於mic就最好喺答老師問題嘅時間以外都唔好開🎙 以免影響課堂
✔️ 雖然大家喺屋企上堂，但係上堂嘅時候都唔好分心呀🤓

2️⃣Online 小測期間......
✔️ 各位同學要根據老師嘅要求調節返自己camera 嘅角度畀老師清楚見到你💻
✔️ 如果大家喺做或者交小測嘅時候有啲咩問題🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏻‍♀️記住即刻問老師可以點樣解決
✔️ 即使唔係實體喺學校進行嘅quiz/test，所有有關assessments 嘅校規都仍然喺同學們身上有效，所以記住千祈唔好出貓啊！🐈

3️⃣請假手續
✔️ 請病假嘅同學嘅家長/監護人須於當日上午8:15前打畀General Office(3655 3326 / 3655 3327)而請事假嘅同學嘅家長/監護人須於請假前嘅兩日打電話通知General Office☎️
✔️ 請晏晝Extended Sessions病假嘅同學嘅家長則須於當日下午1:45或之前打畀General Office
✔️ 喺請假之後一日內將所需之家長信及文件掃描然後交俾班主任或者電郵至 [email protected]
✔️ 如果請連續多於一日嘅病假🤒係需要附上醫生證明㗎

4️⃣Extended Sessions
✔️ F.4 同F.5 嘅同學喺上完上晝嘅課堂之後喺下晝 2:30-3:45 會有唔同科嘅Extended Sessions🥲
✔️ 第六輪嘅Extended Session 時間表係由21/2 去到4/3🗓

It has been a month since the second term began🎉 Due to the 5th wave of the pandemic, school has once been suspended again😩 Did you pay attention in online lessons?😏 Though the summer vacation is coming soon, here are still some reminders about online lessons!

1️⃣During Lessons…
✔️ Join the meeting room of teachers punctually🧑‍🏫 according to the timetable, the teacher of the prior class (if any) will release students 5 minutes earlier.
✔️ Turn on your camera📹 upon entering the lesson for progress checking in the lesson of the teacher.
✔️ To not disturb the lesson, keep the microphone turned off throughout the lesson unless you are responding to the teacher🎙
✔️ Remember to stay focused and on task🤓 during online lessons and pay attention!

2️⃣During Assessments...
✔️ Adjust the angle of the camera according to the teachers’ instructions to clearly show yourself in the camera💻
✔️ If you encounter any difficulties during the assessment, seek help🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏻‍♀️ from the teacher immediately
✔️ The school rules and regulations📖 about assessments remain valid despite the conduction of online assessments, CHEATING IS NOT ALLOWED!🤥

[TWO DAYS LEFT!!!⌛] For those who are still contemplating becoming a prefect next school year, you only have two days until the deadline for application form submission‼ If you still haven’t decided, let us introduce to you other facets and features of PA, and prove what you gain from joining us is definitely more than what you pay, and why you won’t regret joining us! ( ꈍᴗꈍ)

SMALL GROUPS
You may always see us patrolling in the school campus, but apart from daily duties, every prefect actually belongs to a small group🙈 Prefects in the Leaders Training Scheme (LTS) run a programme for younger schoolmates in which they can experience life of being a prefect. 💫 For prefects in PACE (that’s us!) , we help to make Instagram posts and posters, etc, which is a very special experience~ At last, prefects from the Keep Classroom Clean Campaign (KC3) hold the schoolwide competition with the same name 👻

MEETINGS
Don’t think we are strict and stern, we prefects are actually playful and talkative😏. During small groups and committee meetings, although currently we can only interact with each other digitally during the pandemic, but we still chat freely🤪 and cohesively with each other.☘️ Miss the days of having meetings in Prefect Room so much!😭

CAMPS
I still remember the twice-a-year prefect training camps are one of the reasons why I joined PA.😝 We have ice-breaking games before arriving at the campsite. In the campsite, apart from group games at different checkpoints, we can also challenge ourselves in the big tasks! The most memorable experience is the energetic and exciting campfire! Moreover, the PA committee will also perform a dance show!!!🔥 Hope the pandemic will end soon and we will be able to have camps again😭

最近天氣真係熱咗好多🥵大家係咪已經迫不及待咁想著短袖返學呢👀? 由12/4 到30/4大家就可以自由決定著冬季或者夏季校服返學啦🤤不過大家要記住遵守校規呀! 我哋Prefects 就希望喺度提提同學有關夏季校服嘅注意事項⚠️

1. 校服轉季安排
由3/5 起 同學就必須著夏季校服啦😉

2. 夏季校服注意事項
男同學：🙋🏻‍♂️
唔使上PE 堂嘅日子，男同學要著純白色短袖恤衫、黑色皮帶、純白色直腿褲、純白襪、平底黑皮鞋
✨記得要著返白色底衫
✨唔可以摺䄂同埋唔需要扣第一粒衫領鈕
✨唔可以著窄腳褲 (褲管闊度一定要喺18-23cm 之間)🔎
✨唔可以著尖頭皮鞋

女同學: 🙋🏻‍♀️
唔使上PE 堂嘅日子，女同學要著純白色短袖連身校裙、純白襪、平底黑皮鞋
✨校裙嘅長度唔可以短過膝頭對上3cm 📏

所有同學：👧🏻👦🏻
✨可以著2款嘅深藍色冷衫(開胸或者V領笠頭冷衫）不過一定要記住喺上面扣返校章‼️
✨白襪唔可以有花紋或者logo
✨黑皮鞋唔可以有顏色線🧵或者任何裝飾

It’s getting much hotter recently🥵 Are you looking forward to wearing short-sleeved clothing to school 👀 ? You can opt to wear winter or summer school uniform from 12/4 to 30/4 🤤 But please be reminded that you are required to follow the relevant school rules! We, prefects are here reminding all of you about the school rules for summer school uniform ⚠️

1. Starting from 3/5, all students must wear summer school uniform to school😉

2. Reminders on summer school uniform
For boys : 🙋🏻‍♂️
On school days without PE lessons, boys have to wear plain white short-sleeved shirts, black leather belts, plain white straight-cut trousers, plain white socks and flat-bottomed, black, leather shoes to school.
✨Please be reminded to wear white underwear
✨No folded sleeves are allowed and don’t button up the 1st button of your shirts
✨Boys should not wear pedicure trousers. Only plain white straight-cut trousers with width of the hem between 18-23cm are allowed 🔎
✨Boys should not wear pointed leather shoes

For girls : 🙋🏻‍♀️
On school days without PE lessons, girls have to wear white, short-sleeved dress with a belt and school badge, plain white socks and flat-bottomed, black, leather shoes to school.
✨The hem-line of dress should not exceed 3 cm above the knee 📏

For all students : 👧🏻👦🏻
✨You can wear navy blue cardigans or V-neck pullovers to school, but you MUST pin the metal school badge on them‼️
✨There should be no pattern or emblem on your socks
✨There should not be any coloured stitches 🧵 or decorations on your leather shoes

✅F.1,2,4: 暫定農曆新年假期後，待學校公佈~

B.考試前
✅記得喺考試前上網睇返自己嘅 考試時間表 同 Exam Centre座位表，可以去我哋link in bio度搵到😎
✅教員室對開嘅AAC Board都有Exam Centre座位表🧐
✅返學前記住探熱，填好手冊嘅temperature record form連同家長簽名🌡🌡
✅帶齊文具🖋、所需物件，例如計數機，同學生證💳

C.回校安排
✅F.5同學可以喺11:45am開始入嚟校園，要喺12:10pm前返到學校拍卡，12:15pm前坐定定喺考場度🧘
✅F.3同學就要好似以前咁開考前15分鐘到達考場🕰
✅同學要喺後門進出，返嚟嘅時候要做temperature screening🌡
✅唔好遲到，因為遲到係唔會補返考試時間㗎😱
✅如果遲到超過30分鐘嘅，就即刻去General Office 報到，有機會冇得參加考試😰

D. 缺席
✅考試請假嘅係冇得補考㗎😐
✅疫情反覆，如果嗰朝覺得有咩唔舒服就唔好返學啦🙏
✅而返唔到學嘅🤒，記得要打 3655 3327 或 3655 3326 通知General Office請假 📞，返學嘅第一日就要交返醫生紙同家長信✉去General Office~
