As Epic Group enters its next growth phase, we are evolving our leadership structure to balance two critical priorities: strengthening operational excellence in our core business while building new capabilities for the future.

Effective July 2026, we are implementing a dual Managing Director model that enables us to pursue both objectives simultaneously with focused leadership.

Ajay MK (Manissery Konchery), as Managing Director – Corporate Functions & Transformation, will drive functional excellence and business transformation across the organization – ensuring we continue to strengthen our foundations, governance, and operational performance.

Anurag Asthana, as Managing Director – Emerging Businesses, will lead our expansion into new growth platforms including athleisure/activewear, digital transformation initiatives, and asset-light manufacturing partnerships – opening new opportunities while leveraging our core strengths.

Together, both Managing Directors will steer optimization across the group.

This complementary structure allows us to maintain the excellence and continuity that our customers depend on, while simultaneously investing in innovation and new capabilities. It reflects our belief that sustainable growth requires both operational discipline and strategic expansion working in tandem.

Epic's success has always been built on collaboration and the strength of our people. We look forward to this next chapter.

Our Trimetro facility in Odisha has been featured in Bloomberg's Heat Week series!

As extreme heat increasingly impacts garment workers across Asia, we're demonstrating that climate-resilient manufacturing is both possible and essential. Our Odisha Khordha campus was designed from the ground up to protect our workforce while maintaining productivity - keeping temperatures at a comfortable 28°C even as outside conditions soar above 34°C.

The results speak for themselves: our team members report being able to focus better on their work, free from the heat stress that plagues much of the industry. As one of our workers shared, "I am able to work better here. It isn't hot, so I can focus on my work more."

But as Vidhura Ralapanawe, our EVP Innovation & Sustainability, notes in the article, addressing climate impacts requires industry-wide action. "We need to stop treating heat as an inevitable cost of doing business and start engineering towards a future where productivity and human comfort or dignity are not compromised."

This is just the beginning. With 90 million people employed in global apparel manufacturing, the industry must take responsibility for creating safe, dignified working conditions in an era of climate extremes.
