Share中環荷李活道由前已婚警察宿舍改建的「PMQ 元創方」創意中心現正在試業階段，暫時聽到的評價都是好壞參半，再加上感覺類近的石峽尾賽馬會創意藝術中心 (JCCAC)，由 2008 年開幕至今發展好像到了瓶頸位置，之前去過數遍人氣都是薄弱的，前車可鑑，因此對元創方有所保留。 誰不知昨日首次來到，覺得元創方比想像中熱鬧多了。這裡與石峽尾 JCCAC 最大不同的是，進駐單位都是開門營業的自家小店，而且類型多元化，有衣著、飾物、家具、畫廊等等，大部分都是在商場難見，故此縱使現在這裡只有半數商戶入伙，但人流已絡繹不絕。 ▲ 元創方由警察宿舍改建，分 A、B 兩座，各高六層，四樓有天橋互通兩邊。 ▲…
