Wonderground is a Budapest/Berlin based fashion label by textile design students Réka Hársfalvi and Ilona Léna Karácsony students of MOME Budapest and UDK Berlin. Entering the Hungarian fashion scene at the 2013 Central European Fashion Days in Budapest, as finalists of a fashion design competition, their first collection called ’Budapest Wonderground’ was inspired by the crystal caves stretching

below Hungary’s capital city. These crystals burst from the underground onto the surface and enter the pulsation of city life, and this movement echos the same dynamic with which Wonderground has conquered the Hungarian fashion scene. The strongly print orientated label is not solely focused on clothing design: Wonderground is set to cover a wide spectrum that ranges from designing premium quality, wearable urban fashion to collaborations with goldsmiths, musicians, photographers, and their first fashion video campaign is about to be released.
