A little thank you to everyone who’s been so patient with me lately. My usual turnaround is around 10 to 12 days, but I’m currently around 3 weeks. First of all, thank you. I appreciate every order, every recommendation, and every one of you who keeps coming back to me. But I also need to be fair to the people who have been supporting me from the beginning. You’re used to being spoiled with quick turnaround times, and I know I’ve been keeping you waiting longer than usual. That’s not how I like to do things. So from the end of this week, I’ll be closing my books to new clients, with one little exception. trusted referrals from my existing clients. Let’s face it, it’s hard to say no when one of my favorite customers sends someone my way. Christmas orders, the deadline is mid-November. I’m also starting a waiting list for the second half of January. Returning clients and trusted referrals will be my priority. I might be a one-woman operation, but I still want every order to get the time, attention and quality it deserves. No rushing, no cutting corners, and absolutely no turning my workshop into a 24/7 sweat shop. Thank you for keeping me busy, for trusting me with your orders, and for recommending me to your people. It means more than you know. Now, back to work I go!

Finally finished! The wait is over for JDS Heating and Plumbing. Big thanks to James and James. I try not to have favourites, but these two make it hard. Skilled, reliable, and tidy and most of all genuinely kind humans. If you’re looking for plumbers who take pride in their work and treat people with respect, I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.
