Last week, MCMG welcomed pupils from Ballydown Primary School, Banbridge, to the new Hollywood Bowl UK site at The Boulevard Banbridge for a behind-the-scenes site visit. 👷

Hard hats on, hi-vis fitted and the site tour was underway.

The children got a real look at what goes into bringing a project like Hollywood Bowl to life, from an empty shell to a 21-lane entertainment centre. For many of them, it was their first time on a live construction site.

The visit was organised as part of our community engagement programme, giving local children an insight into the world of construction and the range of careers it offers.

A huge thank you to the pupils and staff at Ballydown Primary School for joining us, and to our wider team: Paul McGinn (Managing Director), Aaron Gibson (Senior Estimator), Robbie Hamill (Site Manager), Eóin King MCIOB (Senior Contracts Manager) and Jack McStay (Project Manager) for giving up their time to educate and inspire the next generation.

MCMG is proud to announce that we have been appointed as principal fit-out contractor for the brand new Hollywood Bowl UKl at The Boulevard, Banbridge. 🎳🏗️

Work is now officially underway on one of Northern Ireland's most anticipated leisure openings of 2026. The multi-million pound, 23,000 sq ft entertainment centre will feature 21 ten-pin bowling lanes, Bandai Namco state-of-the-art amusements, pool tables and a stylish bar - opening its doors this autumn and creating over 45 new local jobs.

The Hollywood Bowl forms the centrepiece of a wider £9 million transformation by Lotus Property, creating a brand new Food and Entertainment Quarter spanning 60,000 sq ft at The Boulevard.

We are thrilled to deliver a fit-out of this scale and complexity in a live retail destination, transforming The Boulevard into a must-visit destination.
