Before applying, make sure you’re available for all of our key programme dates:

Project10 is a 12-week performance programme created to help ambitious runners reach one goal: running a sub-40 minute 10K.

For just €150, you’ll receive over €1,000 worth of coaching, products and experiences, including:

✅ Small group mentoring (1 coach per 4 athletes)
✅ Guided training sessions
✅ Nutrition & recovery talks
