Our 6 week Baby Massage course is a welcoming, nurturing and supportive space to slow down, connect with your baby and meet other mums on the same journey.

Each week we learn gentle massage techniques while also making time for chats, support and building your village 🌿

Our Bump to Baby class is designed to help you feel informed, confident and supported as you begin this next chapter.

Delivered by our expert practising midwife Sarah, who brings over 16 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth and those early newborn days ✨

Together we cover:

🤰 Preparing for labour & birth
✨ Pain relief options
👶 Newborn care & those first few weeks
🍼 Feeding & practical baby care
🚑 Essential baby first aid
💛 What to expect and how to feel prepared

We keep our groups small so there is plenty of time for questions, chats and reassurance.

Evidence based education, real life experience and a warm supportive space for you and your birth partner.
