Kerry mental health Iveragh branch are holding their A. G. M. at the Ring of Kerry hotel on Saturday November 18 th 3 pm. New members are very welcome.

The Helping Hand Charity Shop will hold their AGM on Tuesday, 12th June @ 7 pm in the Ring of Kerry Hotel Cahersiveen.

Good afternoon everybody. Hope you are all enjoying this lovely weather responsibly this fine day. Remember to keep hydrated and sit in the shade where possible.
Anyhow, if your not out at Puck fair or swimming and you need something to do indoors, why not gather your carrier bags and pop them near the front door, ready to bring to the charity shop on Monday. We would be delighted to take them off your hands.

We are deeply saddened at the passing of our dear friend and esteemed volunteer Joan Murphy. Joan was an active volunteer for many years in the Iveragh Helping Hand Charity Shop and was a great support to us In every way. She was a very kind person and loved to chat to everyone - young and old. She will be greatly missed by us all. We were certainly blessed to have Joan on our team.

We offer our sincere sympathy to her husband John, her children Mark, Lorraine, Alan, Susan, Brendan and Bryan. We are also thinking of her extended family, grandchildren, sister Beety and brother Michael.

As a mark of respect the Iveragh Helping Hand Charity Shop will be closed on Monday 25th July.

May Joan Rest in eternal Peace.

Good day everybody.
Just the other day a lady came into our shop and bought a jacket. She wore the jacket for an event and everyone admired it. They asked her where she bought it but she didn't want to say.
Let me say, please be proud of any item you buy in a charity shop, not only have you recycled an item that was previously loved by its owner, but in your purchase you have helped many with your donation.
