As I finish up for the next little while, I just wanted to take a moment to say the biggest thank you to every mummy and baby who has walked through my door over the past few months. ❤️

What we share each week is so much more than just a class. It’s a space where friendships are made, worries are shared, milestones are celebrated, and where we all remind each other that we’re not alone on this journey of motherhood. It has been such a privilege to be a small part of your story. 🫂

I hope you know just how incredible you all are. Motherhood can be beautiful, exhausting, emotional, and overwhelming all at once, but every single one of you is doing an amazing job. ❤️

For the next month, I’m taking a little time to slow down and soak up some precious moments with my own wee family. These days pass far too quickly, and I’m looking forward to being fully present with them for a while.💙

Thank you for trusting me, for bringing your little ones along each week, and for creating such a warm, welcoming community together. It means more to me than you’ll ever know.🤍

I’ll pop back on here to let you know when I’ll be returning.💚

Until then, take care of yourselves, enjoy every cuddle, every giggle, and every little moment. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

Baby yoga is not only for our babies.. it’s for mammy too. 🤍

A gentle space to exhale.
 To slow the mind, soften the pressure, and step away from the endless mental lists and worries about tomorrow that motherhood can so easily bring.

Through breath work, movement, stillness, and connection, we give ourselves permission to pause and simply be present, with our babies and with ourselves.

Because motherhood asks so much of us, and somewhere between caring for everyone else, we often forget to care for ourselves too.

This class is a reminder that you matter as well.💞
 Your breath matters. Your calm matters. Your wellbeing matters.

As poet Jessica Urlichs beautifully writes: “You are not ‘just’ a mother. You are someone’s safety, someone’s home, someone’s whole world.”

Thank you to all seven mammies who joined me with their babies, it was so lovely getting to know you all over the last four weeks!

And just like that, another 4 week block of baby reflexology classes has come to an end 💛

Each group of mammies brings something new, not only to the classes, but to each other. Yes, the techniques we learn to help soothe our babies are important, but time and time again we realise these classes become so much more than reflexology.

Over the last few weeks there have been laughs, tears, and so many stories shared about the highs and lows of motherhood, all reminding us that we’re on this journey together.

These lovely ladies left today with more than just new tools to help soothe their babies. They left with friendships, support, and connections that will stay with them long after the classes end.
Thank you to everyone who joined me over the last four weeks.. it’s been such a pleasure 💛

There is now just ONE space remaining on June’s classes before I take a little summer break.

4 week BABY YOGA classes commencing Thursday 4th June!

The class will run from 1pm-2.15pm in the enterprise centre Castleblayney, A75WF72.

A gentle, welcoming space for mums and their little ones to move, stretch, and connect. These classes focus on postnatal recovery for mums while incorporating fun, soothing movements for your baby.

Our sessions are all about slowing things down..
Focusing on gentle breath work, light movement, and releasing tension while taking a moment to pause time together..

For our little ones, we explore sensory play, a little massage, and of course some fun along the way 🥰
