LOG BOOK ANXIETY 👇

A lot of people are afraid to write down the negatives into their log book, perhaps due to guilt or shame. People are afraid to write in when they went off plan, were lazy or when they didn’t do what was required by them.

Noting the days you didn’t do so well is MORE important then logging the days you do great.

You can keep track of your bad days, your mistakes and learn from them. Identify why you went off plan, identify why you had a bad session, identify what it is you need to do in future to prevent the same thing from happening again.

A log book is not supposed to be full of perfection, it is to log your progress which is not always linear and that is normal.

The important thing is you try again the next day.
