Today we say a very fond farewell to a dear old friend of The West Cork Secret. ❤️

For many a Christmas, he took on a very special and very important role here — one that brought magic, excitement and pure happiness to so many children and families over the years. 🎄✨

With a familiar twinkle in his eye, a warm welcome for everyone and a way of making each little visitor feel incredibly special, he helped create Christmas memories at The West Cork Secret that will stay with so many families forever. Those of us who were lucky enough to be behind the scenes with him knew just how perfectly suited he was to the role. ❤️

After a long illness, bravely borne, his journey has finally come to an end. We hope that somewhere, the sleigh bells are ringing a little louder tonight and that there was a very special welcome waiting for him when he arrived. ✨

Thank you for the magic, the laughter and the memories. You made an awful lot of little faces light up over the years, and that is a very special legacy to leave behind.

Rest peacefully, dear friend.
You will always be part of the Christmas magic at The West Cork Secret. 🎄❤️✨

Open for coffees, hot food and sweet things each Saturday and Sunday 12-3pm. 25 acres of gardens and woodland. Bring a book and find a quiet spot for yourself. Bring the dog and walk through our woodland or just enjoy the sun in our gardens.

West Cork Secret and the Kilbrittain Camogie Club have teamed up to bring you an unforgettable Pizza & Prosecco Night in aid of Óisín’s Gym.

Join us on Saturday 22nd August for an evening of delicious pizzas, bottomless prosecco, and plenty of great craic—all while supporting a wonderful cause.

Make memories, raise a glass and enjoy a fantastic night with friends… and if those memories are a little fuzzy the next morning, we’ll know you had a great night! 🥂😉

Don’t keep this one a secret—gather your crew, grab your tickets and let’s make it a night to remember!

It appears our luck with the weather has run out 😭

We're sorry to have to announce that our Family Fun day and Dog Show will no longer go ahead, due to poor weather conditions.

We're aiming to reschedule the Dog Show, so please keep an eye on our social media pages for the new date.
