*Article 1. Ownership*
My face, voice, likeness, name "VMD", and all private videos, photos, and digital content are my exclusive personal property and intellectual property.
This content is protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), EU AI Act, Copyright Law, and Right to Publicity.

*Article 2. Prohibition*
It is strictly forbidden without my prior written consent to:
1. Copy, clone, replicate, or synthesize my face, voice, body, or likeness using Artificial Intelligence, deepfake, machine learning, or any other technology
2. Use my likeness to generate AI videos, AI images, AI avatars, advertisements, or virtual representations
3. Scrape, download, distribute, or use my private videos and images to train AI models, datasets, or algorithms
4. Remove, alter, or circumvent any copyright notice, watermark, or digital identifier from my content

*Article 3. Liability*
Any violation of this Constitution will result in immediate legal action under applicable EU and international law.
The violator must remove all unauthorized content within 24 hours of notice and may be liable for damages.
Platforms hosting unauthorized AI-generated content of my likeness must take it down upon request.

*Article 4. Consent*
Any use, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of my likeness is permitted only with my explicit, written, and signed consent.
No implied consent is granted by viewing or sharing this content.

*Article 5. Effective Date*
This Constitution is effective immediately and applies to all past, present, and future content published under the VMD brand.

*From 1 July 2026, the inspection procedure for parcels from third countries is changing.*

*Key changes:*
1. *VAT on all parcels.* The €150 threshold is removed. 21% VAT applies even to a €1 item from Temu, Shein, AliExpress, etc.
2. *Longer delivery times.* Due to stricter controls, parcels may be delayed by an additional 2-4 weeks.
3. *More detentions.* Customs checks quality, safety, and brand authenticity. Non-compliant goods are detained and destroyed.

Good evening everyone!!! 👇👇👇

AN OPEN LETTER and my last post this year about certain questions!!! I WON’T ARGUE ANYMORE, I WON’T EXPLAIN ANYTHING AND I WON’T PROVE ANYTHING, I PROMISE MYSELF THIS... Because most people will still interpret it their own way anyway... Based on their level of understanding, their emotions and experiences... If people were more conscious, they would never speak badly about others, or it would just be a general topic, not necessarily aimed at any of you! 💪

So, a lot of questions kept coming up about why many of the clothes for sale weren’t all “orgs”, so I’ll say it openly: not everyone can afford what you call an original, though I would still argue about the originality and there would be more to talk about... Also, over 8 years I’ve come to know fabric quality, I know fabric compositions, codes, I know what’s good and what’s bad... I’ve gained huge experience, so I truly apologize if you were ever disappointed with some of my products. I was learning along with you too... So now the rules are changing. I’m selling off the remaining stock until New Year’s and after the new year we’ll fully launch under our own name. I have a patented “logo trade mark”, I have the documents, so if any of you want to see them, write to me... I’ll send them to you personally. And please message me personally about products from now on, it will be better, because there are people I get in the way of... But maybe they forgot that I have a son and a daughter and a family and I need to feed them. I’m not going to tell them, “kids, we have nothing to eat today”... And the brand I’ve patented is VMD (Vanesa my daughter, M Marius (myself) and D Danielius). And the story I’m creating and what will come of it – I really hope you’ll see it, and I would really love for the Lithuanian name to ring out loudly and with respect!!![originals]

I have a vision of how we moved from new designs to old ones, and to some eco-friendly ones, so we don’t harm animals, especially endangered species... Here’s a little hint of the vision... And to create ecological leathers that will replace animal-derived leathers... This is a fantastic vision, not an illusion!!! It’s a concept that will stay in your hearts for a long time and the story will be long, long, one you’ll remember with a smile... And you’ll always look back on it with nostalgia!!! It’s not a black and white color palette, it’s your character, your expression... I hope you’ll all understand and support my idea... Even if, say, 10,000 of you chipped in €20 each... this vision would be realized much faster and you would be part of that story... The time will come, I believe it will come, and I’ll show you the vision I’ve been creating in my head for almost 10 years... If I succeed, I would cry with happiness... AS DAUGIAU NESIGINCYSIU, NIEKO NEPASAKOSIU IR NIEKO NEIRODINESIU, CIA SAU PAZADU...Nes didesne dalis zmoniu vistiek interpretuoja savaip...Pagal savo suvokimo lygi, pagal emocijas ir patirtis...Jei zmones didesne butu samoningi jie niekada nekalbetu apie kitus zmones blogai, arba tiesiog butu bendrinta tema, nebutinai taikoma kazkuriems is jusu! 💪
Taigi daug kildavo klausimai kodel daug rubu pardavime budavo ne visi orgai, tai pasakysiu atvirai, ne visi gali ipirkti ta jusu vadinama originala, nors del originalumo ginyciausi ir dar butu apie ka pakalbeti....Toliau pazinau per 8 metus medziagu kokybe, zinau medziagu sudetis, kodus,zinau kas yra gerai ir kas yra blogai... Sukaupiau didziule patirti, taigi labai atsiprasau, jei kartais nusivylete mano kaip kuriomis prekemis, as taip pat mokiausi kartu su jumis... Taigi dabar keiciasi taisykles iki nauju metu isparduodu likucius ir po nauju pilnai startuosime su savo vardu, turiu uzpatentaves savo "logo trade mark", turiu dokumentus, Taigi jei kazkas noresite pamatyti, rasykit...As imesiu jums asmeniskai ir man del prekiu rasykit asmeniskai,bus geriau,nes yra zmoniu, kuriems as trukdau...Bet jie gal pamirso,kad as turiu ir sunu ir dukra ir seima ir man reikia juos ismaitinti,as jiems neapsakysiu, vaikai siandien valgyti neturime...Ir tas brand kuri uzpatentaves, tai yra VMD (Vanesa dukra, M Marius(as pats) ir D Danielius).
