We're Hiring: General Operative

Join the team at Alder Interiors and help create high-quality custom kitchens, wardrobes and fitted furniture from our Rathcoole workshop.

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking General Operative with a great attitude and a willingness to learn. If you enjoy hands-on work and want to develop your skills in a busy manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: €14.15–€15.50 per hour (depending on experience and performance)

Working Hours
• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
• Overtime available and essential (paid)

Your Role
• Assist our wood machine operators and fitters with workshop and production tasks
• Support the manufacturing team with day-to-day duties (full training provided)
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
• Follow all workshop health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For
• Good spoken English
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Benefits
• Company pension
• Employee Assistance Programme
• On-site parking
• Sick pay

Location
Based at our workshop in Rathcoole, Dublin 24
