Recipe: Rosé & Smoked Salmon Creamy Spaghetti
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 25g butter
• 1 courgette, grated
• 100g smoked salmon
• 2–3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1 glass rosé wine
• ½ tube tomato purée
• 250ml fresh cream
• 250–300g dried pasta
• Parmesan, to taste
• Freshly cracked black pepper
• Toasted breadcrumbs, for garnish
• Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish
