Julie-Ann K Millinery Hi my name is Julie-Ann Carroll, née Kenna. I am a primary school teacher who loves to practise the craft of millinery every chance that I get.

The knowledge and skills that I’ve gained in millinery, I have learned from Irish Milliner Laura Kinsella in the Dublin School of Millinery. I have a collection of headpieces that are available to hire or buy. I can also make any desired headpiece of your choice, custom made to suit your outfit. Hope you like my work 😊
