YESTERDAYS A shop with a difference in Kilkenny Yesterdays is a family run business owned by Maeve Kenealy and Martin Smith, based in Kilkenny city.

The shop opened in 1987, is hidden away amongst the Georgian townhouses of Lower Patrick Street. The building has been in Maeve's family for over 200 years and for several generations The Kilkenny Journal newspaper was published there. Today it is home to a truly exceptional collection of pieces from around the world including tiffany lamps, gallery prints, art deco style wall mirrors and so much

more that a visit or two is needed to fully grasp the theme. From 1990 until April 2012 we also operated a shop on Careys Lane, Cork. This sadly, ceased to trade due to adverse economic conditions. We also operate our online business www.yesterdays.ie which carries a cross section (but not all) of our stock lines.
