I am all over Ticktock at the moment 🤣 Mamma Bear The Hand Crafted is getting famous 😅

They had their say now is my turn.

First thing: Bag was ordered and custom made. BY POLICY NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM MADE

CUSTOMER was fully aware of the materials I would be using and did not mention allergies.
Customer contact me 3 weeks after stating that she had taken a reaction.
After 1st contact Allergies will occur 24 to 48 hours after, not 3 weeks after. Correct me if I am wrong.

I offered to add material to the bag so it was not directly on her skin she said NO everything she wanted was the money back.

No other customers have had an allergy so far as my materials are 100% Cotton and 100% baby soft Acrylic I can use Bamboo also if required.

Customer returned the bag to me and requested a refund. I stressed that there WAS NO REFUND on commissioned products as it was made as a one off tailor made product.

I haven't said in any time or circumstances that I will make another one. That is a huge lie down there.

As you can see down there customer left negative review through a different person.
This person Ams Pc used to work with me but as now you can see and if you understand the customer and this person AmsPc are very close friends then they are on this oh and they just opened a Ticktock false account to share my business page everywhere
