These current buzz words such as ethical, and eco can feel overwhelming.
Though out my entire life I have shopped and sold with a conscious.

Interpreting trends and recreating my own style through . I hope to share my tips to help you do the same.
Slow Fashion / Fashion should be free of judgment.
We are all at different points in our lives, with differing budgets.


I want to make it easy to participate in the movement and practice models of .

Slow Fashion is a way to embrace the value you place on the clothes that you own. To counteract the detrimental effects of overconsumption, and the problems caused by overproduction, and Fast Fashion (retail model popular in the early 2000s).

🇮🇪 Up date on the slopping lath....'what’s a slopping lath?'
I hear you say, (It’s the narrow strips of wood, that are running horizontally, and for DH became a sight line problem).

✅ Yes it was noticeable and needed to be taken down and put back up again (sounds really Irish), to align with the other wall.

DH saw the error, must of been my video evidence from the day before.
⭐️ Anyway we are now onto the application of carpenters putty and tapping in nails.

Ceiling and door needs sanded ( not looking forward to that), then the painting begins.

🌱 Mr.Mrs Beatha Bakery was still a fledging business, and just finding their feet when Covid hit.

☘️With true entrepreneurial spirit Darren and Gráinne decided on a drive-through contactless bakery, posting the bakery menu online and taking payments electronically. 

🍞Such is the reputation they are developing with their Sourdough Fans and Followers, that you need to book your bread, and pastry orders in advance when the menu is posted on social media.💛

🍞Yes this bread is like gold dust!!!

🍎The recent surge in popularity for the nutritional benefits of eating sourdough has captured everyones imagination, breads from Mr.Mrs Beatha Bakery can now be purchased in cool food halls like Ardkeen Quality Food Stores, and enjoyed on the menus of some of the many gorgeous Restaurants and Cafes in Waterford City and County.
