It was epic. It was the most extraordinary day. The hope, the belief, THE WIN, the pride in our team and our county of Mayo, it's people, thoughts of generations of players and supporters who gave everything but didn't get the win, who didn't get to witness and experience what we did on Sunday in Croke Park. I was lucky enough to be there and will treasure that memory. This is how it feels to win the All-Ireland and the Sam Maguire and it feels amazing. Massive congratulations to Andy and the whole of the Mayo Senior team for giving us a momentous day......Maigheo Abú!

May has finally arrived after a long, cold Spring, apart from the last couple of weeks! And now Bealtaine is upon us, a heady mix of Christian and pagan traditions, a celebration of the elements and our contentedness to the earth, a time of renewed hope for the coming summer....we welcome Mary and the May and hope for a peaceful turn of events world-wide.

We've had the pleasure of knowing Ron Rosenstock for as long as I can remember, our parents before us too. Esteemed photographer and all-round great guy, Ron has returned to Westport every year from the States since the 70s, bringing many wonderful groups of people on photographic trips, showcasing and capturing the beauty of the area. While this week's trip may be his last with a group, we sincerely hope that Ron will return for future visits....you'll be as welcome as the swallows, friend.
