Tal Arbel graduated from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem, and from the institution “Cercal” – research centr and international shoe school, San Mauro Pascoli, Italy. She began working as an apprentice and pattern-maker with Master Enzo Bonafè in the factory that bears his name in Bologna, making handmade and customized luxury shoes for men. Upon her return to Israel the idea of e

stablishing a boutique line of shoes that focuses on the design, craft and manufacture of tailor-made shoes began to take shape. In 2012 she founded the brand Norman & Bella. The materials used are of best quality- some manufactured in Israel and some imported from Italy in perfect completion of the required design, ensuring that the product purchased is up to date, sustainable and of uncompromising quality.
