ꋫꀭꐟꌚꐟ꓅

Ajysyt is the Yakut mother goddess of the Turkic Yakut people from the Lena River region of Siberia. The name means “birthgiver” and may also be called the “Mother of Cradles”. Her full name is given as Ajysyt-ijaksit-khotan, meaning “Birthgiving nourishing mother”. Aisyt brings the soul from heaven at the birth of a baby and records each one in the Golden Book of Fate.

Ajysyt was responsible for conducting the soul of a newborn child to its birth and attended every birth. Women would channel Ajysyt, believing that doing so would relieve them of pain during childbirth. She kept a golden book in which she recorded each one. She is said to have lived on a mountain top in a house with seven stories, from which she controlled the fate of the world.

Bugady Musun is a sibirian goddess, she is the ruler of all life and food, as well as the protector of all creatures animals and the patron of nature.

She is a shapeshifter who may appear as a reindeer or an elk to her petitioners.

The antlerless female elk (a symbol for the ever-renewing source of human nutrition) and a boat initially appeared in the Baykal Neolithic era as the deer (a metaphor for the passage of the soul into another world after death).

She was mostly adorned and worshipped by the Evenki people.

In Norse mythology, F***g is a goddess of marriage, fertility, foresight and wisdom. She is the wife of the major god Óðinn, she is the Queen of Ásgarðr and is also the keeper of the Domestic Arts. She dwells in the wetland halls of Fensalir, is famous for her foreknowledge, is associated with the goddesses Fulla, Lofn, Hlín, and Gná, and is ambiguously associated with the Earth, otherwise personified as an apparently separate entity Jǫrð (Old Norse "Earth"). The children of F***g and Óðinn include the gleaming god Baldr. Due to significant thematic overlap, scholars have proposed a connection to the goddess Freyja.

After a summer full with festivals, good music and incredible people, I feel like saying thank you to this universe.

During my travels i have met a lot of really unique souls.
Being surrounded by beautiful minded people, who are creative, passionate, full with curiosity has been an incredible reminder to the power of this life and the power of tribal communication.
I am greatful for the opportunity to expirience deep powerful connections with so many people this summer,
Even when the connections are no longer than few seconds - in the heart and mind it they will stay a lifetime.
These gatherings of like minded souls is like a portal to another dimension, or maybe back to our true and honest self - where we live to enjoy, love, create, laugh, be there for one another, support. It allows us to fully let ourselves be who we are, embracing all and all embracing us back.
No words can describe how greatful and thankfull I am to once again expirience the raw power of a tribe, of one collective made out of many.
Music, nature and a tribe is all we need for true happinness.

ꁒꆂꁕ꒓ꆂꁹ

Little is known about the Welsh mythological figure Modron. She is best known as the mother of Mabon in certain Arthurian legends. As such, she is mainly considered a mother figure or a goddess of fertility, and may have been confused with other similar figures from across Europe.
Modron’s name is said to be based on the Gaulish eponym of the Marne River, Matrona, meaning “Great Mother.” As such, it’s easy to see how this association fits with her as the goddess of fertility, as rivers were important for agriculture.

Modron is depicted in different ways depending on the source. The Romans may have depicted her as a triple-aspect goddess in the form of three seated women, each holding a different object with connotations of fertility. These objects were often fruit, loaves, and babies. In this aspect, the Romans called her Deae Matres or the Matronae.
Modron’s appearances in the few remaining texts all indicate that she is some kind of otherworldly mother figure. Whether she’s known as the mother of Mabon or the mother of the twins Owain and Morfudd, her role in these ancient texts give credence to the idea that she is a goddess of fertility.

Traditionally, Siberians viewed the world as the middle realm in a series of three, five, or seven worlds that were stacked one on top of the other. As in many belief systems, the realms above belonged to good gods and spirits, those below to evil ones. A tree connected the worlds of Siberian myths in the same way that the World Tree Yggdrasill (pronounced IG-druh-sil) linked realms in Norse mythology. The tree's roots and branches extended into all levels.
Siberian mythology and religion reflected a world in which humans depended on and respected animals, believing that the animals had spirits and could change form.
Shamans held a central role in Siberian religion and mythology. They were believed to travel between worlds by climbing the World Tree or by flying, and they communicated with the spirit world through ceremonies and trances. The healing magic of shamans involved finding or curing the lost or damaged souls of sick people.

Many Siberian myths deal with powerful shamans. The Buriat people of the Lake Baikal region told of Morgon-Kara, who could bring the dead back to life. This angered the lord of the dead, who complained to the high god of heaven. The high god tested the shaman by sealing a man's soul in a bottle. Riding his magic drum into the spirit universe, Morgon-Kara found the soul in the botde. Turning himself into a wasp, he stung the high god's forehead. The startled god released the trapped soul, and the shaman carried it down to earth.

ꕷᕫᑏᑏმ

Sunna is a scandinavian goddess whose title is Mistress sun. In Norse mythology the sun is feminine and in a land where winter has almost no daylight the sun and her light are welcomed with joy.
Sunna carries the sun across the sky each day in her chariot pulled by horses.
She is pursued by the mythical wolf beast, Skoll, who will eventually catch her at the time of Ragnarok, and the end of the universe will then result.
The Norse mythic texts, say that Sunna will one day bear a bright daughter to succeed her. Then the universe will be born anew in another cycle.

Most of us in the modern west are used to viewing the moon as feminine and working with the energy of her waxing and waning cycles. With Sunna we can marry the constant fiery energy of the sun with the creative manifesting power of the Goddess.
