תחת מותג הנקרא על שמה.
במסגרת לימודיה בבית הספר לאופנה "שנקר" פיתחה רותם סגנון עיצוב ייחודי שבו היא שואבת
השראה מאירועים היסטוריים ותרבותיים.
ברוח העוצמה הפנימית והפריצה קדימה מהגבולות המוכרים, עיצוביה של רותם משדרים עוצמה
נשית המלווה ברגש, עם נפח ותנועה שלא ניתן להתעלם מנוכח

ותם.
כל זאת, בעבודת יד ותוך הקפדה על תפירה מדויקת בבדים איכותיים וטבעיים.
בעבודותיה רותם שמה דגש על חשיבה סביבתית תוך בחירת חומרים ידידותיים לסביבה וללא פשרה
על איכותם.
