Slow-made means that we play by our own rules, pursuing the ideals we believe in. We take all the time we need to design, plan and execute each piece that we create, treating each as an individual piece to be perfected for every day wear, and made to last for years ahead. That’s why we work with fair wage factories, use renewable and biodegradable materials and minimize waste by knitting true-to-shape wherever possible. We don’t do sales much, preferring to offer the most accessible prices possible instead all year round. OUR PROCESS
When developing our collections we hand-pick the finest Italian yarns and develop our fabric structures locally, before manufacturing in small quantities in Europe. Every piece is fully-fashioned wherever possible, individually knitted and hand-linked with the most expert craftsmanship to ensure the highest level of comfort and long-lasting quality. Frett was founded by textile designer Meitar Karni-Zvik in Tel Aviv in 2016 out of a passion for knitwear and fine natural materials.
