2. Shipping charges are as per Country / State (In case of India)
3. Generally it takes 7 - 8 working days to deliver in India and outside India, it takes 12-16 working days.
4. In Case of any defect in goods, the complaint is to be registered within 1 day once shipment is received. We shall not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
2. At the time of receiving the parcel, if the package is damaged or opened it is advisable not to accept it. That parcels are not eligible for returns from our side.
3. We shall not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
4. We offer the best quality indeed, however depending on individual preferences, if you have quality issues of products, we are not responsible for the refund. You will get whatever is described in the material details of the product.
5.Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products otherwise we will not report the complaint after that. We may ask for video & digital pictures of the same in order to review the same.
6. In case of product return, we will issue a refund once we receive the product back at our office.
7. In case you need to cancel an order, you have to inform me within 24 hours of the order placed, after that I will not cancel the order and 40% deduction will be made from refund.
8. At any point of time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods (payment gateway charges are also not refunded)
