When I showed him the saree we designed together 30 years ago, he smiled, not because it was perfect, but because he remembered exactly where we were when we made it. And how much we've evolved since.

People often ask us, how do we choose what to make next?
Honestly we don't start with colour. We start with what a technique can hold.
Damask Flowers in Chilli Red and Gold because Zari to Zari has a tension to it that demands a body that can carry it. Brocade Stripes in Glacier and Magenta because Korvai Brocade earns its contrast. Gradient Floral in Light Sapphire and Rose Gold the most technically demanding piece we've made this season, 4 gram Rose Gold Zari woven through Korvai. And Damask Butta in Mehandi, with a Red Selvedge because some things don't need to shout.

Meenakari as a technique originates in Persian enamel work, the art of fusing colour into metal and, later, into thread. Our Weavologists took that and asked a different question: what if the flower glowed?
