According to the Kamashatras, a Chitrini is inherently blessed with devotion towards the arts, unparalleled beauty, abundance of intelligence, and knowledge about the arts of love-making. Mastering material skills like painting, singing and dancing, she is self-aware and is said to have been blessed by Devi Saraswati herself. her subtlety and smart mastery of the arts is highlighted through an ivory white saree (white symbolizing Devi Saraswati's wisdom). Feature- An ivory white ensemble with silver and gold borders woven using the Jala Handloom weaving technique. Jala is an extra weft handloom technique consisting of threads that contain the lifting order of a pattern. These threads are attached to ends on the warp. A shed is formed by lifting these threads and ends through which the weft is passed.
