If delivery is not made on or before December 24, 2013 as provided for in this offer, then you can keep the applicable item (s) and we will credit your account in an amount equal to the price of the applicable item (s) ordered which was not delivered in accordance with this offer. To qualify for the credit to your account, you must call our customer service department on or by 11:59 PM, Eastern Standard Time, on December 28, 2013. Orders must be received and clear credit authorization before 11:59 PM, Eastern Standard Time, on Thursday December 19, 2013 for Standard Delivery; before 11:59 PM on Saturday, December 21, 2013 for Two Day Delivery, and before 11:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time on Monday December 23, 2013 for One Day Delivery. Only applies to items for which "Guaranteed Delivery" and "In stock, leaves warehouse in 1 - 2 full bus. days" statuses are indicated. Applicable items will include the Guaranteed Delivery status next to the image or the item on the product detail pages, as well as denoting the items availability as leaving the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Does not apply unless the required delivery method is selected at the time of checkout. The required delivery method that must be selected will be indicated on the applicable product detail pages and at checkout. The additional cost for such delivery is the customer's responsibility.
