n myself and my sister worked for almost 1 year for finding the manufacturers and dealers who can give it for
lesser price. Exactly after 1 year we started a business with a name of Sravanthi Deepi collections(SDC) group for sarees and it is now running sucessfully. And then after 6 months we started sravanthi Deepi Glamora(SDG) for Dresses ,Kurtis and Suits.We started giving for resellers with the best
price in the facebook/whatsapp market with very minimum profit. Customers and resellers can directly from us without second thought as we are directly dealing with more than 200 manufacturers/Weavers and Direct suppliers. Terms and Conditions of SDC(Sravanthi Deepi Collections) & SDG(Sravanthi Deepi Glamora):
� Collections �
�We are directly dealing with more than 200 Manufacturers,Weavers and Vendors for Sarees,Ethnic Dresses,Kurtis & Accessories(Handbags,Clutchs,Shades,Wallets,etc).
�Dresses: Directly dealing with manufacturer of AT, BDW, CCC, DA, EDS, Ethnic, FH, KA, KDS, NK, Phulkari, RB, RC, RDW, RK, RS, SC, SD, Selfie, TB, ZP, ZF & many more
�We cover all varieties of Sarees, Ethnic Dresses(No western) and kurtis all over India.
�We are not keeping/maintaining any stock with us.
�We are having 3 WhatsApp groups
1.Sravanthi Sarees - Maintained by Sravanthi
2.Glamora Dresses - Maintained by Deepthi
3.Glamora Accessories - Maintained by Deepthi
�On an average ,we will send 300 pictures per day on Sravanthi Sarees group,200 pictures per day on Glamora Dresses group and 100 pictures per day on
Glamora Accessories group. The numbers may slightly vary i.e it may increase or it may decrease.
�Singles are always available
� Buying rules �
� Don’t compare our prices with outside prices. Buy only form us when u have finally decided to buy from us
�Availability will be checked only for confirmed orders.
�Confirmed order means:
�Customer or you knows the price
�Customer or you knows the fabric details
�Customer or you don’t have any further queries
�Customer or you are ready to buy once the product is available
�Please give dispatch location to check the shipping charges during availability
Ex: You can ask your customer the same questions , you will know they are real buyers or time pass requests. Suppliers are getting angry for multiple availability checks and then no payment because of multiple reasons and we are trying avoid these things. Please understand from our end as well.
�After availability please pay the payment as soon as possible.
�If the product is not available due to the delay in payment, then we are not responsible. This amount will be adjusted in next order. Please don’t ask for return of the money as we need to do many bank
�NO COD, Payment to be done to our bank account, after payment done Saree will be shipped by courier
�Actual Saree/Dress Color may have small difference due to Camera and Light Effects
�Send picture of the saree you have selected to our WhatsApp or message us through Facebook. We will confirm the availability
�Always remember the prices of the products we sent. Please don’t ask for price requests.
�Always ask our products ..please don’t ask outside products. If it is outside product and you thing it is our product ..please just mention the comments.
�Product prices are always fixed. Please don’t ask for discount or please bargain.
�Shipping charges are also fixed .please don’t ask discount on shipping charges.
�Shipping charges will be based on the product weight and also depends on location. As per our experience it will vary from Rs100 to Rs150
�If you want the product deliver the product out of India ,the shipping charges will be extra.
�There is no choice of courier services , it is decided by the supplier.
�Bulk buying means you have to buy the full catalogue of the product and the discounts are always applicable for bulk products only.
�Discounts are not applicable if you buy 10 products and all products are from different suppliers.
�Delivery time will be 7 to 10 working days and if the delivery is delayed due to courier services, then we are not responsible.
�We always share the direct pictures of the product and we are not responsible if the customer did not liked the product.
�We had not seen the product directly and we are just the distributor of the sarees, so we cannot guarantee the quality of the product.
�Generally people are asking for quality of the products, if we know the quality of the product based on client response , we will help you. Some new products , we may not help much in this case.
� Tracking �
�Tracking number will be given with 48 to 72 hours for 80% of the products after payment. Remaining 20% we may or may not give due to multiple reasons. Supplier is offline after dispatch due to personal reasons. Suppliers may not provide tracking due to busy in their activities. Supplier may be sick or out of office. Some suppliers strictly says they will not provide tracking number for the first 7 days and they will track only after 7 days. Some suppliers will send SMS directly to the customer mobile number.
�If the tracking number is not provided by us, please inform us after 7 days if the product is not delivered , then we will track closely.
�Our responsibility ceases once the tracking number is provided to you.
� Return policy �
�No return policy, unless major damages
�If the product is not received with in one month(not applicable for pre booking) and if there is no tracking number provided. Then we will reimburse your amount ..it means we will adjust these amount in your next order. We will not return your money, please understand.
�For pre booking items , the day starts from the day of dispatch ..not from the days of payment.
�If the tracking number is provided and the product is stuck due to courier services and the product is delayed for delivery , please don’t ask
for return of the money.
�In case of return of the product , we will give the shipping charges only what we have charged from you. Ex: If we charge for shipping Rs100 and for return ur courier services charges Rs180..we will return only Rs100 what we have charged.
�After wash if the color changes for kalamkari sarees or mulmul sarees or these kind of sarees, we won’t reimburse the amount as for these sarees as slight color will change during the wash.
�If the customer relocates to a different place before the delivery of the product, then we are not responsible for this.
� Other Rules �
�Need to give regular orders , otherwise we will remove from our groups without intimation.
�Don’t steal our clients
�For kalamkari sarees ,the print may slightly vary due to hand painting
� Very strict rule: No messages in groups not even Hi message, we will remove from all groups without any hesitation. Thanks & Regards
