Position: Designer and Customer Support Specialist

Salary: ₹12,000 INR per month, with potential bonuses ranging from ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 during peak seasons, depending on business performance.

We are a growing Etsy shop specializing in embroidered portrait designs on sweatshirts and hoodies. Our mission is to create personalized, high-quality products that our customers love.
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team full-time. This role combines design skills with excellent customer service. You will be responsible for creating outline designs from client-provided photos and assisting with customer communication to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create clean and precise portrait outline designs based on client-provided images for embroidery.
• Use design software to prepare files that meet embroidery requirements (basic design knowledge is sufficient; training can be provided).
• Communicate with clients through Etsy messages, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Proficiency in English is a must as you will be connecting with the clients from North America.
• Collaborate with the team to refine designs and ensure they align with customer expectations.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets to track orders, customer details, and design progress.
Qualifications:
• Basic to intermediate design skills; experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic understanding of spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) to manage and track data.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
• Experience in embroidery design or working with Etsy is a bonus but not required.
