(ii) After our confirmation of product availability, you can make the payment online via bank transfer. You will receive an email acknowledgement from us once we receive your payment. (iii) Thereafter, you can look forward to
receiving your ‘favorite pick’ (within the time frame we specify via mail correspondence) by courier. (iv) Free shipping within Chennai
Please note:
(i) Once a product is booked, you have a maximum time-frame (which we'll specify for you in our mail correspondence) within which the payment has to be made, failing which the request will be cancelled. (ii) In very rare cases, there may be slight colour variations between the material you receive and the photograph posted. (iii) We deal with good quality products only. However, if you spot any manufacturing defect, it should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Exchange, with any other available material of your choice, will be permitted only in such cases.
