Presenting the Dildaar Jama— a celebration of love by Funkaar by Faraz 🤍

A Mughal royalty staple, the jama was first introduced to India by the Mughals. Shaped like a tunic, a fitted bodice with a flared skirt that starts from the waist.

We’ve reinvented the original jama into a modern, gender fluid version with a western collar and buttons for ease. We styled the Dildaar Mughal Jama with Phoolnara Duptatta handwoven with hand-cut gold appliqués.

Made with 14 yards of hand-spun cotton, adorned with shimmering threads in gold and silver shaped into little hearts, the Dildaar Jama is our homage to love — free flowing like the river, and unstoppable.
