which caused Me to seek more validation and support from the others,around me than I usually did.I became more reliant on my existing relationships to provide that. And when the people around me didn't provide enough validation and support,I thought of them as being unsupportive. At first it was little disappointing for me as it felt they were not being supportive of my endeavour. Later I realised my friends and families may not be trying to be unsupportive – they may simply be behaving the way they are. It could be that they are busy with other things in their life at the moment and hence are unable to give my the level of support I was seeking. It may also be that they are unaware that I was actually seeking support from them. And with positive mind I started all alone without having any Formal Training on Fashion Designing. Today when ever I come across people dissuading me from pursuing something, which usually means to me that there is a great value hidden in the goal.'
It means when i will finally achieve my goal, there are going to be some really great things in store for me. Nothing can Stop me, I'm born to Design'. For ME fashion isn't just about picking preety garments that show off her personality, it's about linking ME to where the cloths have come from, it make's ME feel like I am is part of the bigger picture.My selection of Fabric is based on where it has come from and who made it.Theirs hardly people who uses our own Arunachal traditional fabric as it has been used since our forefathers time rather than any other form ,our Arunachal traditional fabrics has lot of potential and it can be used in many ways for the new generation to explore it . Creating something new out of the traditional motifs and designs of different tribes of Arunachal like Nyishi , Galo, Adi Tagin , idu , Mishmi, Apatani Etc Is her passion.
