I took Bajaj company's ICS 130 injection stop on 18 October 2025
It broke down on January 24th. I called Bajaj customer care about it and they took me 24 hours to get it back.
After 24 hours, a person from the service center comes and examines our product, then calls his office and is told that the warranty for this product will not be available and payment will have to be made.
I asked why I have to make the payment, I have the warranty card, it is still left in the warranty period, but no one answers.
I have the bill from where I bought this product and the warranty card. Please check it and tell me whether I will get the warranty or not. This is a product of Bajaj company.
