पहले भगौना, पतीला (खुला बर्तन) में दाल-भात बनता था, अदहन जब अनाज के साथ उबलता था तो बार-बार एक मोटे झाग की परत जमा करती थी, जिसे अम्मा रह-रह के निकाल के फेक दिया करती थी। पूछने पर कहती कि "ई से तबियत खराब होत है'....
बाद में बड़े होने पर पता चला वो झाग शरीर मे यूरिक_एसिड बढ़ाता है और अम्मा इसीलिए वो झाग फेंक दिया करती थी। अम्मा ज्यादा पढ़ी लिखी तो नही थी पर ये चीज़े उन्होंने नानी से और नानी ने अपनी माँ से सीखा था । अब कूकर में दाल-भात बनता है, पता नही झाग कहा जाता होगा, ज्यादा दाल खाने से पेट भी खराब हो जाते हैं
डॉक्टर कहते हैं एसिडिटी है
