Gluten and dairy cause autism.” — Myth.

Autism is a neurodevelopmental condition, not caused by food.
There is no strong scientific evidence that gluten or dairy causes autism.

Yes, some children may have lactose intolerance, celiac disease, or food allergies — and in those cases, restriction is necessary.

But removing major food groups without diagnosis can lead to:
• Calcium & Vitamin D deficiency
• Protein gaps
• Poor weight gain
• Weak bone health

Many autistic children are already picky eaters.
Shrinking their plate further without proper replacement can affect growth.

Test. Consult. Then decide.
Nutrition should support development — not be driven by fear.

Role play is not just pretend play — it’s preparation for real life.

When a child practices ordering food, talking to a teacher, or solving a problem with a friend, they are rehearsing real-world situations in a safe space.

Through role play, children learn communication, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and confidence. For many children — especially those with social or learning challenges — real situations can feel overwhelming. Role play reduces anxiety, builds predictability, and gives them the words and courage they need.

We don’t just teach skills.
We practice life. 💛

Today Hashmeet chose to become a dentist 🦷✨

Through simple roleplay, children build confidence, communication skills, imagination, and problem-solving abilities. What looks like “just play” is actually powerful learning happening in the most natural way.

When we allow children to explore roles, we’re not just encouraging pretend play — we’re nurturing identity, independence, and big dreams. 💛

🦷✨ Healthy Smiles, Bright Futures! ✨🦷

Our our school hosted a Dental Screening Camp in collaboration with Dr. Nidhi Gosain, a renowned pedodontist. The session helped our students understand the importance of oral hygiene, preventive care, and developing good dental habits from an early age.

From friendly check-ups to valuable tips, the camp encouraged our children to take small steps toward big, confident smiles. 😁💙

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Nidhi Gosain for her time, guidance, and dedication to children’s dental health. 🌸

📸 Swipe to see our young learners getting their dental check-ups and promising to care for their smiles!
