Eldeco’s Eden Park and Hillside Projects in Neemrana has been sold out in last 20 months. The project has Villas, Low rise, High Rise apartments and Studio Apartments and Commercial shops.
Though the market has not been good for Real Estate in the last 24 months, but Neemrana has seen an upward trend and the prices has been rising and so has been the demand for new houses. NDTV Profit has projected that Neemrana will have the Highest Rental returns in the country as high as 8% to 9% for next 10 years. The current rentals in Neemrana is around 20K for a 2 BHK Apartment. There is a huge demand for Residential and Commercial properties due to sudden Employment generation due to the DMIC Project where in Japan and Korea have pumped in 100 billion & 50 Billion Dollars, respectively. Hence, Neemrana is unique in character where the gap between the Demand and Supply is huge, Supply being negligible at the moment.
The working population has already reached 50000 in 507 units under productions. The population is
expected to grow to 200000 in next 3 years hence increasing the pressure for new housing accommodations. 38 universities in 470 acres will further widen the gap between Demand and supply with the increase in Student population. Neemrana, in times to come will offer both, Property Appreciation and High Rentals.
