P.U. Coating :-
Such kind of coatings are done to enhance the look of the fabric. They give soft or hard feel to the fabric, as desired by the user. P. U. coating provides a layer of coating on the fabric and it can be breathable and non breathable.
Breathable PU coatings are mainly done for garments and clothing materials like jackets and sports wear. Non Breathable coatings are done for tents and other water repellent needs

We have high speed Fusing Machine up to 82” for fusible coating & Scatter coating on all kinds fabrics. A fusible coating for bonding fabrics to each other comprises a pattern of fusible spots or dots bonded to a fabric substrate. The dots are widely spaced and arranged in a grid-like pattern. The grid-like pattern is skewed at an angle relative to the direction of weave of the fabric substrate.

Fire Retardant Coating :- This finish is mainly done by straight or coating process method and can have durable and non durable lasting. We can meet many standards and specification as per the requirement.
