जैसा की हम सभी जानते हैं की संस्था "तसर डेवलपमेंट फाउंडेशन प्राइवेट ट्रस्ट" ग्रामीण जरूरतमंद महिलाओं को तसर गतिविधि के माध्यम से रोजगार देने का कार्य करती है | यह संस्था सिर्फ रोजगार ही नहीं देती बल्कि कौशल को निखारने का भी कार्य करती है | इनके द्वारा तैयार किये गए धागों से पुरे देश में कपड़े तैयार किये जा रहे हैं तथा इनकी धागे की गुणवता की तारीफ देश के कोने-कोने से हो रही है | धागे की गुणवता में कमी न रह जाये उसके लिए हमारी संस्था अथक प्रयास करती है | जमीनी स्तर पर अनुभवी तकनिकी संस्था से शैक्षणिक योग्यता प्राप्त किये गए कर्मियों के निरिक्षण में यह कार्य पूरा किये जाने के बावजूद भी अंत में एक-एक धागे की गुणवता प्रशिक्षित कर्मी द्वारा कराई जाती है, ताकि बुनकरी के दौरान किसी तरह का धागे में अवगुण न पाया जाए | गुणवता जाँच करने की ये तस्वीर भी साफ़ कर रही है की संस्था किस प्रकार सजग है ...

मीना देवी गांव हथगर की रहने वाली हैं और संस्था "TDF PVT Trust" के साथ लगभग 6 माह से काम कर रही हैं ! वह अपनी बचपन से सीखी हुई हुनर का इस्तेमाल खुद के लिए नहीं बल्की अपने गांव की अन्य किशोरी और माहिलाओं की कौशल का विकास करने के लिए कर रही हैं ! इनको संस्था का भरपूर सहयोग मिल रहा है , ज़िसके कारन अपने घर के सभी कार्यों को पूरा करते हुये, अपने-आप को अर्थिक रुप से मजबुती प्रदान करने में सफल हो रही हैं !
इनके द्वारा तैयार किये गये "तसर सिल्क" के धागों से आकर्शित करने वाले वस्त्र तैयार किये जा रहे हैं , जो हमारी सौंदर्य बढाने के साथ -साथ मानसिक और शारीरिक रुप से स्वस्थ रखने का कार्य कर रहा है !
