HEMLA is one of the leading company's in Schiffli Embroidery. Catering to the needs of Garment and Fabric exporters for more than 50 years, it has one of the largest units in Northern India. Born in the early 50's in Amritsar, the company reallocated to Faridabad in the 60's. The plant spreads over an area of 45,000 square feet and is equipped with the finest embroidery machinery, and has a work f

orce of more than 300 master craftsmen. Embroidery designs are developed in house on the Computer Punching System and produced on computerized Swiss Lasser machines, to provide the finest quality in embroidery. Preparing for next season! There has been a huge uptake of schiffli designs in the fashion industry. Our sampling department is able to churn out hundreds of designs per day, with all sorts of colour contrasts, and embellishments such as sequin and cording. We are focusing on catering to a new generation of consumers, who revel in their experimental approach to clothing. Embroidery, with its legacy, has been able to capture the fashion of today with its neat and elegant aesthetic.

Here’s to new beginnings! Hemla has been synonymous with schiffli embroidery for the past 70 years. We celebrate our 7th decade this year, and in that spirit, we would like to showcase our latest addition to our embroidery legacy. Brand new Multi Head machines with Cording and Laser devices. This will not only complement our on-going value addition business , but it also widens our R&D and designing capabilities. Ours is a 4th generation business that has continued to grow steadily, and we aim to keep it that way.

Hemla runs like a well oiled machine, and for that to happen, machines need to be upgraded as well. .ch has been our go to supplier for Schiffli Machines since 2003, and this year we are increasing capacity by adding four MVD73 machines. This alone will boost our production by 1.5 million stitches per day. Combining the latest technology into the fashion industry has made us more competitive, efficient and sustainable.
